PEI brings in a new Director of Business Operations: Welcome Heather Broman.
Heather comes to PEI with over 7 years of business process and technology analysis experience. Prior to joining PEI, Heather was a consultant at the Pittsburgh-based consulting firm, Business Forward, and previously worked at J.P. Morgan Chase in IT Risk Technology.
Her expertise in project management, RFP selections, business process improvement, business & technology requirements documentation, software testing, and UX design, with an expertise in data analysis & information management are a welcome additional to PEI's operations.
Heather has a Master of Sciences degree in Security Assurance Information Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA.
