Adopt a Shelter Pet Day

One of our employees at PEI helps to train puppies to become guide dogs or to be adopted out through the Columbus, OH-based Pilot Dogs Program. Having these puppies at the office has been so uplifting for everyone, and we always miss them when they leave!

Having a pet around is not only fun, but is proved to help with depression, anxiety, and, therefore, productivity. On this day, we would like to encourage you to adopt a shelter pet instead of buying; ensuring yourself years of happiness by saving a pet's life and bringing it into yours. If the social isolation feels too much, don't hesitate to give your local shelter a call; maybe your next best friend is waiting for you!
